The Value You Get
How An Email Marketing Agency Gets Your Leads
Most businesses have a list — old customers, past quotes, people who signed up and never heard back. Mailed properly, that list becomes your steadiest source of repeat work. Here's what changes.
- Repeat work
Why Email
Selling to someone who already trusts you is far easier than winning a stranger. Email keeps you in front of the people most likely to buy again — without paying for every click.
- Less admin
Email Marketing
Welcome emails, reminders and win-backs that send themselves at the right moment. We draft everything, you say yes or change it. That's your whole job each month.
- Clear numbers
What Is Included
Opens and clicks are the means. Enquiries and sales are the measure. Every month you'll see which emails brought work in, and what we'll change next.
What An Email Marketing Agency
Getting Started you own outright
- of your list stays yours
- 100%of your list stays yours
- algorithms deciding who sees it

- 1working day to your free plan
Your social following sits on rented ground — one change to the feed and your reach is gone. Google charges you for every click, every time. Your email list is different. You own it outright, and nobody can take it away or charge you rent to reach it.
A list that never gets mailed doesn't just sit there — it rots. People change jobs and addresses go dead. They forget who you are. Then the first email after two years of silence lands in spam, because the inbox no longer recognises you. Regular, useful emails keep the list alive.
One honest caveat. If your list is under a couple of hundred addresses, a monthly campaign won't move much yet. We'll say so, and start with growing the list instead — signup forms on your site, a reason to join, and the first automated emails.
How An Email Marketing Project
What the email marketing job covers each month
No mystery retainer. The work has three parts — the plan behind the sends, the emails themselves, and the numbers afterwards. Here's the full list.
What Our Clients

- Different emails to different customers, not one blast to everyone
- Signup forms on your website, built to actually get used
- List clean-up — dead addresses out, so your sends land better
- Consent and unsubscribe set up to meet New Zealand's email rules
Everything Included
- Subject lines people open — tested, not guessed

Getting started
Questions We Get Asked About Email Marketing Agency Services
No long onboarding, no workshops. Here's what actually happens, and when.
Week 1
Your free plan
Send us your website and, if you have one, a recent email. We read both, write a one-page plan for your list, and send it back within one working day. You keep it either way.
Month 1
Find Out How You Can Get
We get access to your platform — or set one up — tidy the list, and sort consent and unsubscribe properly. Then the first email goes out, written by us and approved by you.
Month 2
Get Your Free Email Marketing Plan
Regular sends begin and the automated emails switch on — welcome, reminder, win-back. Your first report arrives: what went out, who read it, and what it brought in.
Month 3
One point of contact
By now the monthly loop is steady: we draft, you approve, we send and report. You'll deal with the same people the whole way through — no account managers, no hand-offs.
Proof
Where these reviews actually come from
We're new in New Zealand and we won't dress that up. The reviews below were earned by the wider business rather than by the New Zealand company. Read them for how we work — the plans, the reporting, the straight answers — not as local results. We'd rather explain that than quietly borrow the credit.

The services that feed the list
Email brings back the people who already found you. These three bring in the new ones.
Fair questions
Email marketing questions we get asked
The things people actually ask before hiring an agency for their email — including the ones most agencies would rather skip.
It depends on three things: what you're selling, where you're selling it, and how hard the competition is. That's why we don't publish set prices. Ask for the free plan and you'll get a real figure on the first call — with no pressure to take it.
You do, from day one. The platform account sits in your name and we work inside it as a user. If you leave, you change one password and everything — list, templates, automated emails — stays exactly where it is. Nothing to hand over, nothing held hostage.
Almost never. We work in Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Campaign Monitor, HubSpot and most of the smaller tools. If yours does the job, we stay in it. If a move would genuinely pay for itself, we'll explain why — and we'll also say when it isn't worth the bother.
New Zealand's email law asks three things. People must have agreed to hear from you. Every email needs a working unsubscribe. And it must be clear who's sending. That's the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007; the Privacy Act 2020 covers how you look after the details on your list. We set both up as standard — we're not lawyers, but nothing we send cuts corners on this.
Mostly what we won't do. We won't show you invented case studies — we have no New Zealand results yet, and we say so. We won't hold the account in our name. And we'll tell you when email isn't your answer, because a tiny list needs growing before it needs a campaign. The measure we work to is enquiries, not open rates.
Three months to start, then month by month. Email needs a few sends to find its feet, so a shorter start proves nothing either way. After that, stop whenever you like — and because the account and the list are yours, everything keeps working the day after you do.
You'll see it in the same report we do — opens and clicks within days of each send, enquiries over the following weeks. If the numbers stall, we change what's sent, who gets it and when, and the report says exactly what we changed. What we won't do is promise a result up front. Nobody honest can.
About half an hour. You read the draft, tell us anything that's wrong — a price, a photo, a job worth mentioning — and say yes. We handle the rest: writing, sending, watching the numbers. If you'd rather write the emails yourself and have us run the system, that works too.
Next step
Find out what your list is worth
Send your details and we'll read your website — and your last few emails, if you have them — then write your plan. It's in your inbox within one working day. And no, filling in this form doesn't put you on a mailing list. We only email you the plan.
